Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding calls with new clients.
- Assist current clients with the integration process, gather feedback, analyze data, and resolve technical issues.
- Address analytical questions from clients.
- Analyze client requirements by communicating with the analyst team and converting feedback into development tasks.
- Create and manage SQL queries.
- Develop and maintain a taxonomy for various client projects.
- Manage contracts and invoices.
- Work with product documentation.
Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to interact with various roles within client companies (CEOs, developers, analysts, producers).
- Understanding of the application development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Ability to convert client needs into technical tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with a strong understanding of mathematics.
- Passion for IT, technology, and mobile gaming.
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in mobile application analytics.
- Knowledge of the mobile games and applications industry.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Basic understanding of databases.
