This privacy policy (“Policy”) is created to inform you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information to devtodev and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (devtodev, we, us, our) receive from users on https://www.devtodev.com and our online service (the Service).

This Policy does not apply to websites, applications or services that display or link to different privacy statements. What Data Do We Collect?

We collect your personal information if you voluntarily submit the information to us for such purposes as registering for the use of certain services, request information, subscribe to mailing lists, participate in online discussions, collaborate on documents, provide feedback, submit information into registries, register for events, apply for membership, or join technical committees or working groups. We also collect content and information that other devtodev members or business partners provide when they use our Services, including information about you, such as when they send a message to you, or upload, sync or import your contact information.

If you exchange information through our Membership Application, it allows you to communicate with other devtodev members, representatives and organizations.

Information about payments

Your credit card information may be collected to facilitate membership applications; or if you purchase a product or service from our website, we collect credit card information about the purchase or transaction. This includes your payment information, such as your credit card number and other card information, and other account and authentication information, as well as billing, shipping and contact details.

What Data Do We Use?

We only use data with the purpose to provide Services to our customers (e.g. owners of applications). Such Services include, for example, “Analytics Service”, “Push Notifications Service”, “App Monetization Service”, “Promotion Service” and “Analytical Assistance Service”.

The data to be processed providing Services concern the following categories of data:

1) Data about the player’s device (such as device manufacturer, device model, language, OS type, OS version, rooted/jailbreaked OS flag, screen resolution, screen PPI, user agent string, timezone, tracking status, app version, devtodev SDK version, push token, IDFA, IDFV, Advertising ID, Serial ID, ID generated by devtodev SDK, base64 from DeviceUniqueId).

2) Data about the player’s usage of the game (such as session start, activity period, install source, install date, last seen date, anonimyzed IP, country).

3) In-game events (such as tutorial steps, levelling up, payments, in-app purchases, custom events, progression events, connection to social networks (fact), posting to social networks (fact), method of limiting the processing of user data).

4) Data about the player (such as device ID, crossplatform ID, user level, cheater flag, channel, custom user property).

5) Third party advertising traffic trackers (such as Adjust, Tune and AppsFlyer) and allow the devtodev to access advertising-related player data (such as information about end-user’s device, install origin, advertising campaign data).

6) Third party app stores data (such as Google Play and iTunes) allowing devtodev to access payment-related player data (such as transaction ID, time and amount).

All our customers (e.g. owners of applications), are personally responsible for obtaining all necessary consents to process personal data while using devtodev’s services. How Do We Use Cookies and Web Beacons?

Cookies

Our Site may use a feature of your browser to set a “cookie” on your computer. Cookies are small packets of information that a web site’s computer stores on your computer. How Do We Process Your Membership Applications?

Information you provide on devtodev membership applications is used with your consent to create a member profile. Your consent allows us to share some of information with other of the devtodev individual member representatives and organizations. Your member contact information may be provided to other members on a secure web site to encourage and facilitate collaboration, research, and the free exchange of information among the devtodev members, but we expressly prohibit members from using member contact information to send unsolicited commercial correspondence. If you receive commercial or marketing communication from one of our members, please inform us immediately. Note that such behavior is in violation of our Terms of Service.

We remind you, that you always have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Note that as a user of our service you cannot withdrawal of consent of some administrative communications that are reasonably necessary to the service.

To collect credit card information about the purchase or transaction, credit card numbers are used only for processing payment and are not used for other purposes. Payment processing services may be provided by a third-party payment service, and a management company external to devtodev may provide support for the financial activities of devtodev.

To maintain publicly accessible archives, for the majority of our activities, for example, you posting an email to any of the devtodev-hosted public mail lists or discussion forums may result in your email address becoming part of the publicly accessible archives.

Do we share Your personal data?

With other devtodev members: please remember that any information (including personal information) that you as a member disclose in public areas of our web site, such as forums, members only message boards, and news groups, becomes public information that others may collect, circulate, and use.

How can You manage or delete information?

We are committed to keeping the personal information of our users accurate. All the information you have submitted to us can be verified, changed and corrected by your request. We provide members with online access to their own personal profiles, enabling them to manage their personal information. To protect our members’ privacy and security, we also may take reasonable steps to verify identity, such as a user ID and password, before granting access to modify personal profile data.

We store data for as long as it is necessary to provide services to you and others. Information associated with your account will be kept until your account is deleted, unless we no longer need the data to provide products and services.

devtodev make every effort to protect personal information of our users, including using firewalls and other security measures on its servers. devtodev is committed to protecting the privacy needs of children, and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. The website and Services are not directed to children under the age of 13.
