Session Replays let you watch real user sessions and understand exactly how people interact with your product. Instead of guessing what happened behind the metrics, you can now see the full story — clicks, scrolls, navigation, and moments of friction — as they happened.
It’s a powerful way to add qualitative context to your analytics and better understand the customer journey behind the numbers.
The challenge
Dashboards and funnels are essential for tracking performance, but when users drop off, behave unexpectedly, or struggle with key flows, quantitative data alone often isn’t enough.
Product and growth teams are left asking:
- Where exactly did users get stuck?
- What confused them?
- What broke the experience?
Session Replays help answer those questions by turning data into real, observable behavior.
What’s new
With Session Replays, you can now:
- Watch real user sessions to see how people navigate your product
- Understand the friction points behind drop-offs, rage clicks, or low conversion
- Validate UX changes and new releases with real behavior
- Add qualitative context to funnels, events, and dashboards

Session Replays are available for web projects and can be accessed directly from the devtodev interface — no third-party tools required.
How it works
Session Replays are fully integrated into devtodev’s analytics workflow.
Sessions are recorded securely and can be viewed in a dedicated Session Replays report, as well as directly from the User profile, alongside events and properties.

Inactive moments can be removed, so you only see meaningful user interactions. Recordings become available shortly after the session starts and are stored for a limited time.
You control what gets recorded via simple settings, including optional sampling and daily limits.
Why it matters
- Deeper insights: see exactly how users experience your product
- Faster debugging: quickly identify UX issues and broken flows
- Better decisions: combine quantitative metrics with real behavior
- Stronger collaboration: align product, UX, and engineering around the same evidence
The bigger picture
Session Replays bring qualitative insight directly into your analytics platform — no exports, no guesswork, no switching tools.
This release is another step toward helping product teams move from what happened to why it happened, and ultimately make better, faster decisions based on real user behavior.
Session Replays are available now on all plans for web projects.
