In-game analysis section consists of 5 different reports:

  • Bestsellers;
  • Currency balances by level;
  • In-app purchases by level;
  • Users by level;
  • Tutorial steps.

Bestsellers

Bestsellers report shows the amount of in-game currency spent by in-app purchases and user levels.

The report allows to:

  • spot goods and categories which cardinally influence in-game economy
  • see at what levels certain goods are specifically in-demand
  • evaluate the influence of in-game events and promotions pegged to calendar periods
  • track how the audience interests change over time.

To launch the report select the report time frame, only the purchases made during the selected period will form the report. You may also set the filter for the user first launch date here.

The report aggregated by category is calculated automatically.

By clicking the required category, you get the report for the goods from the chosen category.

Currency balances by level

Currency Balances By Level report shows the amount of in-game currency earned, bought, spent and kept on the account. The data is divided by level and aggregated in the report after the level completion. The repost allows to estimate how balanced the game economy is on each level. By modifying timeframes, measure how the in-game economy settings adjustments impact consumption and receiving of the in-game currency.

To launch the report select the report time frame. You may also set the filter for the user first launch date here. Select the game currency below if your game has few ones. Select the aggregation type on the right of the page, total or average.

In-App purchases by level

In-App Purchases By Level report gives an opportunity to identify what real-money purchases are most demanded among players. Evaluate effectiveness and popularity of every in-app purchase by looking up both the statistics for the number of transactions made and the general gross revenue.

See both summarized data for a given time period and the connection between the popularity of a purchase and player level.To launch the report select the report time frame. You may also set the filter for the user first launch date here.

Users by level

Users By Level report allows to estimate how players are distributed between the levels at the current moment and also to find out the absolute and percentage values for the level passing possibilities. Evaluate the data both for the whole time period the app exists or use filters and segments. You may use the report:

  • to evaluate the current active audience and exclude the players who left the application, specify the date interval for the last player activity (up to 10 days counting from the current day, depending on the gameplay peculiarities);
  • to track the changes in the low-level players behavior after changes made to the gameplay, specify date interval for the first launch date from the date the changes were implemented up to the current one;
  • to determine a category of players the next event or promotion should be aimed at.

Tutorial steps

Tutorial Steps Report allows you to identify the steps of the churn rate. The report shows the number of users, that successfully passed each step of the tutorial in the chosen time period, and also calculates user churn rate from step to step in absolute and percentage terms. In order to create the most accurate report, we recommend to collect data for the longer time period than assigned for the users to pass the tutorial.

To launch the report select the report time frame. If you'd like to set the filter to language, country or custom segment, press the "All users" button on the top right of the page.

The report will be calculated automatically.

Tutorial dynamics

Tutorial dynamics report allows to identify how and when users pass the tutorial. This report shows the number/percentage of users who have successfully completed tutorial 6, 12, 24 hours after registration and so on.

You can select how to show the report, it detailed view or not (in this case you'll see only users who completed and not completed tutorial), or in absolute or percentage values.

Also you can change the install dates to build the report for different time periods. If you'd like to set a filter for language, country, device, app version, traffic channel or custom segment, press the "Add segment" button on the top left of the page.
