Social metrics

Social metrics section consists of two reports:

  • Social network connections;
  • Posting activity.

Social network connections

Social network connections report shows the number of user connections to social networks. It helps to understand social activity of the audience, adjust advertising campaigns in social networks and improve the efficiency of community management.

Dates of the connection are presented in the horizontal axis of the first chart. Control the date range of users included in the chart by modifying the date range menu on the top right of the page. The number of social network connections at the chosen period is presented in the vertical axis.

Select up to 10 different social networks right above the chart.

Second chart shows the country and language distribution of social network connections at the chosen period. Select one social network right above the chart.

To set the filter to language, country, traffic source or paying/non-paying user, press the "All users" button on the top right of the page.

 

Posting activity

Posting activity report shows the number of users posts in the social networks. Associate game events with social activity of your users and improve the virality of your product.

Dates of posts are presented in the horizontal axis of the first chart. Control the date range of users included in the chart by modifying the date range menu on the top right of the page. Number of posts created by users at the chosen period and reasons are presented in the vertical axis.

Select one social network right above the chart. On the right of the chart you may select up to 10 different reasons of created posts.

Second chart shows the distribution of reasons of posts created by users at the chosen period. Select one social network right above the chart.

To set the filter to language, country, traffic source or paying/non-paying user, press the "All users" button on the top right of the page.
