User progress

This report shows the stats of user by locations (quests, levels into the game etc.).

You can select up to 3 metrics in one report. Here is the list of metrics you can use: 

  • Key metrics 
    • Complexity (average number of unsuccessful attempts to one successful attempt to pass the location)
    • Users passed the location (number of users who successfully passed the location)
    • % of users passed the location (percentage of users who successfully passed the location of number of users who tried)
    • Successful attempts (number of attempts to pass the location finished successfully)
    • Unsuccessful attempts (number of attempts to pass the location finished successfully)
    • Unsuccessful attempts per user (number of attempts to pass the location finished unsuccessfully / number of unique users who had unsuccessful attempts)
    • Successful attempts per user (number of attempts to pass the location finished successfully / number of unique users who had successful attempts)
    • Gross (real money amount spent by users on this location)
    • Audience (number of unique users who visited the location)
    • ARPU (average money amount spent by one user who visited the location)
  • Earnings
    • Earned (currency_name) - total amount of currency_name earned by users on the location
    • Earned per successful attempt (currency_name) - average amount of currency_name earned by users per one successful attempt
    • Earned per unsuccessful attempt (currency_name) - average amount of currency_name earned by users per one unsuccessful attempt
  • Spendings
    • Spent (currency_name) - total amount of currency_name spent by users on the location
    • Spent per successful attempt (currency_name) - average amount of currency_name spent by users per one successful attempt
    • Spent per unsuccessful attempt (currency_name) - average amount of currency_name spent by users per one unsuccessful attempt

Select the date range of analysis in the top right of the form.

To get stats for some specific user segment, press "Add segment" button above the chart.

Here you can add filters by app versions, channels, countries, devices, install dates, languages and paying capacity (paying / non-paying, whales / dolphins / minnows).

You can also compare two different segments with each other. After you selected first segment, press the "Add segment" button right above the chart and add the filters to second user segment.

To export data to .csv format press "Export" button in the top right of the chart.
