Responsibilities
- Manual testing of WEB, API, mobile and desktop software features and functionality.
- Lead a team of QA engineers to ensure timely and thorough testing.
- Define and implement QA testing strategies and plans. Creating and executing test cases, plans, checklists and all other necessary test documentation.
- Collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.
- Identifying and reporting bugs and defects.
- Mentoring and guiding junior QA engineers
Requirements
- At least 4 years of testing experience.
- Knowledge of testing methodology.
- Experience with bug-tracking systems (Jira, Redmine, Mantis, Bugzilla, and others).
- Any programming language knowledge is a plus.
